The fact that lightning struck right next to the stage during "Nachtflug" and temporarily knocked out the sound system is, so to speak, a sign of the energetic atmosphere of that evening.

Unable to complete the deal by telephone, advertising executive Roberts sends his assistant Ann to Cuba to lure a Cuban band, led by Desi Arnaz, on to an American radio program.
